CANCELLATION POLICY

The Lash Menu by Symon’e LLC Cancellation & Late Policy At The Lash Menu by Symon’e LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To maintain scheduling efficiency and provide the best experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee. * Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice (“No-Show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving past the 15-minute grace period, even with notice provided, will be charged a $25 late fee due to schedule disruption. * Clients arriving 25 minutes late or more will have their appointment canceled and will be charged both the $25 late fee and the $50 cancellation fee, totaling $75. * Repeated late cancellations, excessive tardiness, or no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges. Deposit for services are non -refundable. By booking an appointment with The Lash Menu by Symon’e LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
